Diminos may offer in-app purchases for cosmetic items. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

All content in Diminos, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, sounds, and text, is owned by Diminos and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Diminos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diminos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
