Delete Your Diminos Account

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Diminos is made by Gridley Studio LLC. You can delete your Diminos account and its data at any time, whether or not you ever saved your progress to an account.

In the game (the fastest way)

  1. Open Diminos and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Manage Account.
  3. Under Data & Privacy, tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple then asks you to confirm, which also disconnects Diminos from your Apple Account. Deletion in the game usually happens at once.

If you can't open the game

  1. Email support@gridleystudio.com and ask us to delete your account.
  2. We send a one-time code to the email address on your account (for Apple's Hide My Email, the relay address). This proves the request comes from the account's owner.
  3. Send the code back to us. We delete the account within 30 days of receiving it.

A game that was never saved to an account has no email to verify, so delete it in the game. If you no longer have it, it is deleted automatically after 91 days without play.

Before you delete

  • Deleting your account does not cancel Mino's Club. Cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you may still be charged.
  • Unused coins, Mino Bucks, and items are not refunded.
  • Deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in, including the email address linked to it
  • Your progress, cloud saves, items, and currency
  • Your player tag, player code, and private name
  • Your leaderboard entries and Workshop puzzles
  • Your gameplay analytics and settings

What is kept, and for how long

  • Purchase records, tied to your random account ID rather than your name or email, for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and store refund disputes.
  • Moderation records (reports and the actions taken on them), for as long as we need them to enforce our rules and meet the app stores' requirements.
  • A record that the account was deleted (its random account ID and the date), so it is not brought back by mistake.
  • A record that you accepted the Terms, with a one-way hash of your email in place of the address, for six years, so the agreement can be shown if a dispute arises. Saved accounts only, and never for a player under 13.
  • Crash and error reports, which expire within 90 days.
  • Copies in our database backups, which expire within 30 days.

Our Privacy Policy has the details.
