End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Diminos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws
• Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this agreement

3. Ownership

The app and all related intellectual property are and remain the property of Diminos. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

4. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the app from time to time. These updates may be required for continued use and are subject to the terms of this agreement.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the app.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Diminos be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
